Important Notice

Before using 微工具 Tools Platform services, please read and understand this agreement carefully. Your use of the Platform's services indicates that you have read and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the Platform's services immediately.

1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms

The ownership and operation rights of 微工具 Tools Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") services belong to the Platform. Users need to register an account before using the Platform's services. Accounts should be registered with real and legal information, and users are responsible for keeping their account and password secure.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides online tool services to users, including but not limited to:

• Development tools: timestamp conversion, Cron expressions, color conversion, JSON formatting, text comparison, encryption/decryption, etc.
• Document assistants: PDF merge, PDF split, document conversion, document watermark, etc.
• Other value-added services

The Platform reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part or all of the services at any time.

3. User Registration Obligations

To use the Platform's services, you agree to the following:

• Fill in real personal information as prompted during registration
• If you provide any incorrect, untrue, outdated, or incomplete information, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate your account
• You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password
• If you discover your account has been stolen or there are security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify the Platform

4. User Code of Conduct

When using the Platform's services, users must not engage in the following behaviors:

• Publishing, transmitting, spreading, or storing content that violates national laws and regulations
• Publishing, transmitting, spreading, or storing content that infringes on others' reputation, privacy, trade secrets, or other legal rights
• Fabricating facts or concealing truths to mislead or deceive others
• Publishing, transmitting, or spreading advertising information and spam
• Engaging in other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order, or social morality
• Using the Platform's services for any activities that harm computer system security
• Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, or reverse compiling the Platform's services
• Using any illegal means to obtain the Platform's service data

5. Service Content

The Platform provides both free services and paid membership services:

• Free services: Regular users can use basic tool functions, possibly with usage limits
• Membership services: Paid members can enjoy more features and higher usage quotas

Specific membership benefits and prices are subject to the Platform's announcements. Once membership services are activated, they are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the software, technology, trademarks, and materials involved in the services provided by the Platform belong to the Platform. Users must not infringe on the Platform's intellectual property rights in any way.

Users guarantee that they have legal rights to the content they upload or publish using the Platform's services and do not infringe on any third party's legal rights.

7. Privacy Protection

The Platform values user privacy protection. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details. Users agree that the Platform collects, uses, stores, and shares user information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Users use the Platform's services at their own risk. The Platform is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by account or password leakage
• Any consequences resulting from user violation of this agreement
• Service interruption or losses due to force majeure
• Service interruption or losses due to third-party reasons
• Any indirect losses resulting from user's use of the Platform's services

9. Agreement Modifications

The Platform has the right to revise this agreement from time to time as needed and publish it on the Platform. The revised agreement becomes effective upon publication and replaces the original agreement. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the Platform. If users do not accept the modified terms, please stop using the Platform's services immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises regarding the content or execution of this agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction where the Platform is located.
